Active Users Report

I'm looking for a quick way to assess user activity level, which could be as simple as showing the [last logged in] record, whether simply through the employee listing online or through the Excel employee report dump.

For the use case, we are looking for dormant or infrequent users, which we could either archive and/or redeploy to someone else in the organization.
