Ability to communicate with vendors via email, within ProcurementExpress.com

It would be great if one could send out emails to your suppliers from within ProcurementExpress. We would want to send out a mass email to all suppliers informing them that we are doing an assessment on all our service providers based on pricing and quality. This is just one example of how we would use this feature.
