Refine Number on the Notifications by email and on the Indicator
Meanwhile in Finance, with our progressive approval process (which works great) a vast majority of PO's come by my desk for a quick review, if only for awareness.
That said, I get flooded with emails whenever there is a comment, or anything touches the PO after I've approved it - even when there's no checkbox in the Notification Preferences (?)
When logged in, the indicator is pinned at 99+ which includes all the comments; so I really don't know at a glance, how many PO's are outstanding which really need my attention to be approved - without having to click through.

The evolution related to this feedback was released as part of version 2.2.01 on the 13/01/2022.
The Alert and Notification icon now only shows the number of POs that require your approval.
When you click on the icon, you are shown the list of POs requiring your approval. The notifications are still accessible in the second tab of that screen.
This ensure that you can quickly get to your set of actionable items without being distracted by the number of notifications you receive.
