Dashboards- offering more control over sorting & presentation order?

I'm look for Looking for better understanding, and control over, of what gets appears.

Main Dashboard

On the left, I see Budgets, but appears to be in ascending order from [total budget size]? Would be more useful to know either (i) which budgets have spent the most at the top, and/or able to toggle to show who are the closest to 100% of their budget.

On the right, its by departments and appears to be alpha - for us, starts at Engineering, rather than Consumer as another dept we have. We have nine (9) depts. When you click [View full list], you just get the list and none of the, what would be useful rolled up [sum totals by dept]

Budgets Dashboard

Data filters at the top are nice. [Dept] isn't one of them, or a [tab] like [cost-centre] and can' [dept]

Top half of page is still lots of white space / compress? Only top 3 for dept spent?
