Option to the supplier template that will remember previously entered supplier email addresses

Add an option that will allow the system to remember older supplier email addresses that the user has entered for that specific supplier in the past.
This should allow the user to be able to type in a couple of characters of the old supplier email address and then a drop-down should appear which they can select from
