Ability to add receipts to PO creation in Phone App

It would be great to have the ability to attach a picture of a receipt in the phone app when creating a new PO, as now you have to create the po, find the po, go back into the po, and attach the receipt picture at that time. Even better would be the ability for OCR in the app to take a picture of a receipt in the app and create the PO from the picture
