Add email notification option for when an invoice is approved

It would be great if there was an option in settings to receive an email notification once an invoice is approved and not just uploaded. As this will be the perfect cue for AP to go and download PO and Invoice copies to attach to synced bills in Bill.com. The attachments sync to QBO but not from QBO to Bill.com.
