Dashboard for Approvers Too!

Adding check-box option, for providng the approvers access to a dashboard too. It's super powerful and useful for approvers, to know at a glance what's happening since last time they were in.

When logged in, if the approvers could immediatly see the POs which are awaiting approval, instead of having to click on the bell icon, this would be great.
