*Option to turn on Requesters cannot Approve their own PO

An option for companies to turn on an option where Requesters cannot Approve their own POs as this opens up the company to possible misappropriation of funds.

If selected, following this separation of duties, would close loopholes and SOX risks

Hello,

This feature was implement in release 2.2.09 on the 06/05/2022.

The company admin has a setting available in Company Settings / Purchase Orders to allow approvers to approve their own POs or not.
