Scheduled Reminders for Outstanding Invoice & PO Approvals
Current behaviour
A weekly reminder exists for pending PO approvals. There is no equivalent for invoice approvals — approvers receive a one-time notification only.
Desired behaviour
A scheduled reminder for outstanding invoice approvals, configurable in frequency (customers need at minimum weekly, ideally twice-weekly).
Business impact
Without reminders, invoice approvals stall and finance teams are left chasing manually — putting accountability in the wrong place and delaying payments.

Auto reminder will be helpful, this maintains the approval flow -

Virginie SALLIERE MergedThat would be ideal to send this weekly reminder to users taking into account only undelivered PO's that are late (expected delivery date) and not all PO's.
